RETURNS and EXCHANGES

RETURNS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION.

You can return all ordered items within a period of 14 days after delivery.
However, the right of return only applies to unwashed, uncleaned and flawless items from which the labels have not been removed. Returns that arrive later will only be accepted after approval by Marin & Milou GmbH and can only be exchanged for credit.

In order to receive your sticker for free return, please send an email stating the order number to
service@marin-milou.com

We would like to ask you to return the goods in the original packaging provided with the return sticker provided. Please do not remove the hang tag attached to the item. Since these are exclusive items, please put the enclosed tissue paper between the items and fold the goods flat, as in the original condition, and enclose them in the package. Please seal the box carefully with packing tape.
Accessories such as belts and any designer packaging, authenticity labels, dust bags and leather labels must accompany the return. Please send an email to service@marin-milou.com if you have received one of your purchased items without the Marin & Milou label.

SHOES

All shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface until you have decided whether you want to keep the shoes. Shoes must be returned unused and in their original undamaged shoe box or shoe dust bag as this is part of the item. Shoes returned without a shoe box or dust bag, in a damaged shoe box, without dust bag, or with scratched soles may not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

UNDERWEAR & SWIMWEAR

Panties, bathing suits and bikini briefs must be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns cannot be taken back if the protective strip has been removed or if items have been used and will be returned to sender.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods will be considered defective if received damaged. Please note that items damaged through use will not be classed as faulty.
Where possible we will offer a repair for faulty items. If you wish to exchange your item, please note that we can only exchange it for the same item of the same size if it is in stock. Otherwise you will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For defective items, please contact service@marin-milou.com.

COLORS

We endeavor to display the colors of the products listed on marin-milou.com as realistically as possible. However, since every computer is different, we cannot guarantee that the colors on your display will be accurate to the original.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All items are checked and checked for quality before they are sent to the customer. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
Please return all items you wish to return that are from the same order together. This ensures fast processing.

Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected for transit.Shoe boxes and accessory boxes must also be properly protected as these are part of the item and your return will not be accepted if the box is damaged they were originally sent.

We recommend returning items via DHL only to ensure goods are protected and insured during transit. Please contact us at service@marin-milou.com if you are unable to return your goods via DHL. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for items that are not sent with DHL.

Exchange

Exchanging an item couldn't be easier. Try on the items you have ordered from the comfort of your own home and let us know if you would like to order an item in a different size or request an exchange. Send an email to service@marin-milou.com and let us know your wishes.

Refunds

Your refund will be sent to the original payment method.

Please note that the duration of a refund depends on the processing time of your payment service provider and can take up to twelve working days. There are no additional shipping costs, provided the goods are in perfect condition

Repeated returns

We try to make our returns policy as flexible as possible to make shopping easier for you. However, we reserve the right to record the number of returns from our customers and may refuse orders or close your Marin & Milou account in the event of a large number of returns in the future.
