Within a period of 14 days after delivery, you can return all ordered items.
However, the right of return only applies to unwashed, uncleaned and faultless items from which the labels have not been removed. Returns that arrive later will only be accepted with the consent of Marin & Milou GmbH, and can only be exchanged for credit.

We kindly ask you to return the goods in the original packaging provided with the returns sticker. Please do not remove the hanging label attached to the item. As these are exclusive items, please place the enclosed tissue paper between the items and include the goods folded flat, as in their original condition, in the parcel. Please seal the box carefully with parcel tape.
Accessories such as belts and any designer packaging, authenticity labels, dust bags and leather labels must accompany the return. Please email service@marin-milou.com if you have received any of your purchased items without the Marin & Milou label.


All shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface until you have decided if you wish to keep the shoes. Shoes must be returned unused and in their original undamaged shoe box or original shoe dust bag as this forms part of the item. Shoes returned without a shoe box or dust bag, in a damaged shoe box, without a dust bag or with scratched soles may not be accepted for return and will be returned to sender.


Panties, swimming costumes and bikini briefs must be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns cannot be accepted if the protective adhesive strip has been removed or if items have been used and will be returned to sender.


Goods are classed as faulty if they have been received damaged. Please note that items damaged as a result of use will not be classed as faulty.
Where possible, we will offer a repair for faulty items. If you wish to exchange your item, please note that we can only exchange it for the same item in the same size if it is in stock. Otherwise you will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For any faulty items please contact service@marin-milou.com


We make every effort to represent the colours of the products listed on marin-milou.com as true to life as possible. However, as every computer is different, we cannot guarantee that the colours will be faithfully reproduced on your screen.


All items are checked and tested for quality before being sent to the customer. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
Please return all items you wish to return that are from the same order together. This will ensure quick processing.

Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected for transit. Shoe boxes and boxes for accessories must also be adequately protected as these are part of the item and your return will not be accepted if the box is damaged. The free collection service does not apply to items returned from a country other than the one to which they were originally shipped.

We recommend that items are only returned via DHL to ensure that the goods are protected and insured during transit. Please contact us at service@marin-milou.com if you are unable to return your goods via DHL. Please note that we cannot accept liability for items that have not been sent by DHL.
