All orders are shipped worldwide via our partner courier DHL.
All shipments that are sent by Marin & Milou GmbH, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment at the latest.
All orders with payment method "Direct Bank Transfer" are dispatched one business day after the receipt of payment on our bank account.
TRACK ORDER STATUS
Your order is electronically registered at every step of the shipping process.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an E-Mail stating the DHL tracking number of your shipment.
You can check the status of your order a few hours after receiving the E-Mail using the link www.dhl.de/en.html. Please enter your DHL tracking number in order to check the status of your order.
